The Atelier de la Cimenterie de la Tour is located in Morocco and calls upon skilled, attentive and meticulous craftsmen to offer cement tiles of remarkable quality.
Since 1932, our craftsmen are trained from father to son to transmit and to continue the tradition of the manufacture of the cement tile. Our team consists of 43 skilled workers working in different positions. In total, 6 machines with 4 posts with a team of day and a team of night. Also, our team includes a colourist, two people for packaging and quality control and two people in charge of the preparation of the material to feed the various positions.
The cement tiles are entirely made by hand using sand, cement and natural pigments. 85 patterned tiles can be manufactured by one man per day, which represents an area of 3.4 m2
