A themed graphic collection
The development of the patterns by François Combaud
The interior architect and designer, François Combaud, has developed this collection around regular graphic patterns inspired by the patterns of the 70s. The first pattern comes from his renovation project, the decoration of the hotel in La Grande Motte. Around this pattern, other patterns were born influenced by the curves, by the atmosphere created by the effect of repetition.
Shades by Sandy Rubio
With regard to the patterns, the atmosphere designer Sandy Rubio has determined 5 color ranges. Four of them are based on the four different seasons, the fifth is characterized by shades of gray. All these ranges represent a gradient. The shades were carefully selected from the library of colors offered by Cimenterie de la Tour. In this choice, the goal was to create a distinct harmony with a specific theme based on the first edition created by François Combaud.
The cement tiles of the four seasons 70’s
The spring
Shades of green have been assigned to spring. Ranging from Khaki green (U31) to light Linen (U65) through moss green (U36) and pastel green (U78), the tiles announce the birth of nature after winter.
Summer
Terracotta has been a trend in recent years and is a perfect symbol of the summer mood. From Tomette Brown (U82) to White (U8), also with Terracotta Brick Brown (U111), Medium Pink Brown (U115) and Light Linen (U65), a warm atmosphere is created by these shades.
Autumn
A color palette based on ochre and orange perfectly reflects this seasonality. A gradient from white (U8) to brick brown (U111) with yellow ochre (U24), salmon (U16) and light linen (U35) for a natural atmosphere reflecting the last warm rays of sun.
The winter
Finally, winter with a traditional shade of blue. From Midnight Blue (U50) to White (U8) with Pastel Blue (U68), Blue Gray (U47) and Light Linen (U65), bring the ambiance of the sea into your home.
