What is a Granito or Terrazzo?
The granito / terrazzo is a tile made by hand just like cement tiles but whose manufacturing method differs from cement tile. Indeed, the terrazzo is made up of fragments of natural stone and marble, all agglomerated with cement. The surface of the tile is then polished to give the shiny appearance of natural stone.
At Cimenterie de la Tour, all cement tile patterns are also available in granito/terrazzo only on order, some examples of which you can see above. It is possible to discover some samples in our showrooms in Lavérune and Saint-Aunès.
