The divisor or the separator of colors is used to create the motive for the cement tiles. That is put down in a steel mold of the desired size, with the aim of integrating colors one by one into the parts of the divisor.
For the creation of the divisor, we send the drawing cropped by the future motive in our workshop. Craftsmen created the forms of the motive by means of small strips of brass that they are going to shape so as to concern representative perfect of the motive.
Molds and divisors of the cement tiles must be accurately cleaned not to mix the colors of the last tile realized on the future motive.
