Discover the cement tile collections created by the designer Clementine Chambon in collaboration with the Cimenterie de la Tour.
Designer Clementine Chambon pursues an interdisciplinary practice in design and visual arts. From furniture productions for major publishers to small series, she oscillates between craft and industry, focusing on her sculptural work, questioning local landscapes and the ways they are made with humor and philanthropy.
After graduating from Ecole Boulle and ENSCI, she was invited to a research residency on light and paper in 2018 and trained at Marc Newson’s agency before co-founding her studio Design Percept in 2019. She works with galleries, international publishers, living heritage companies, large groups and communities. Since 2007, she regularly attends design schools in France and abroad.
Its approach, embodied in durable, often colorful and expressive products, defines its uniqueness. In 2019, part of his work Elliptic Chair was acquired by the Centre National des Arts Plastiques (CNAP). His lamp „Doll“ in lace of Calais Caudry is part of the permanent national collection of the Mobilier National following the recovery campaign in 2021
