Face to face :

Monday to Friday 9h15 to 12h00 and 14h30 to 19h00 and Saturday 9h15 to 12h00. All year round.

Delivery : 
We take care of the delivery of your goods to your building site and/or residence, in France, the EEC or the rest of the world. We guarantee our goods at the beginning of our deposits. If at any time a difficulty appears, be it a delay or error of transport, we systematically inform you and we do everything possible to resolve the situation and to minimise inconvenience, our concern being to satisfy you as well as we can. In the event of breakage during transport, we immediately do what is necessary to replace the items as soon as possible the goods concerned. This is of course conditional upon the customer clearly noting on the transporter’s delivery note the nature of the breakages.

Made to order  :

In order to personalise your décor we will make to order any model colour or pattern of cement tile including re-creating old designs.

Storage :
If your schedule is running late – or you simply do not wish to keep your materials on site – we will hold your order in stock at no extra cost and deliver at your request.

Approved Installers :
We place at the disposal of our customers a list of companies and craftsmen who already carried out installation of our products to our and to our customers’ complete satisfaction. All these companies and craftsmen are entirely unconnected with our own Company, thus ensuring complete impartiality of our judgement.
